hlabor.hu is a static website. It uses no contact form, analytics, marketing or profiling tools, embedded third-party content, browser localStorage or cookies. The JavaScript used for the mobile menu stores no data.

Therefore, the current site does not require a cookie consent banner. If analytics, embedded video, chat or another third-party service is added later, this statement and the need for consent must be reviewed.

Technical server logs

The application does not initiate storage of visitor data. The hosting provider may still create technical logs, such as IP address, timestamp and requested URL, for security or operational purposes. 3. Enquiries and appointment booking

Email and phone

When you use the contact details revealed by clicking, we process the name, email address or phone number, message and other voluntarily supplied information to answer the enquiry and prepare a possible contract. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. If no contract is concluded, contact records are normally deleted after 6 months unless further retention is required for a legal claim.

Google appointment booking

The booking button opens an external Google page; Google is not embedded in hlabor.hu. Information entered on Google’s interface is also subject to Google’s own privacy terms. hLabor processes booking data made available to it to organise the consultation and prepare a possible contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. 4. Contracts, delivery and invoicing

If a contract is concluded, contact, contract and delivery information is processed to perform the contract, handle legal claims and meet legal obligations. Invoicing information is retained for the period required by accounting law, generally eight years.

5. Your rights and remedies
