2. Scope and services

These Terms apply to custom website, ecommerce, CRM, ERP, automated invoicing, cloud, AI, ICT security, integration and web hosting services. Any specific proposal, specification or contract takes priority where it expressly differs.

Services are offered only to customers acting for business or professional purposes; the provider does not contract with consumers.

3. Proposal and contract formation

Website information is for guidance and is not a binding offer. A contract is formed by clear acceptance of a written custom proposal following discovery, or by a separate written agreement. Confirmation records at least the scope, fee, schedule, acceptance terms and cooperation duties.

4. Fees and payment

A simple custom website starts from HUF 40,000. This starting price excludes domain registration and the monthly hosting fee. Fees for ecommerce, CRM, ERP, invoicing, cloud, AI, security, integrations and other custom work are defined in the accepted proposal.

Payment schedule: The payment schedule and deadline are set out in the individual proposal. Payment methods: bank transfer, bank card or Revolut.

5. Delivery and cooperation

The proposal or contract sets the delivery schedule. The customer supplies required, lawfully usable content, access and decisions on time. Customer delay may proportionally extend the schedule. On handover, the parties verify delivery against the agreed requirements.

Intellectual property

The proposal or contract defines licence scope, transfer conditions and third-party component licences. The customer warrants that supplied content may lawfully be used.

6. Defects, support and liability

The provider corrects attributable deviations from the agreed specification within a reasonable period. New requirements, content changes, third-party service changes or issues not caused by the provider may be separate work. No limitation applies where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Search ranking, traffic, revenue and other business outcomes are not guaranteed.

7. Complaints and disputes

Complaints may be sent to the contact address revealed by clicking on the website or to the provider’s registered address. The parties first seek an amicable resolution. For consumer contracts, statutory access to conciliation bodies and courts remains available; the competent body must be identified in the final document based on the registered address.

Hungarian law governs the contract. For consumers, this does not remove mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence.

Legal basis includes Hungarian Act V of 2013, Act CVIII of 2001 and, for consumer contracts, Government Decree 45/2014. This generated draft is not a substitute for individual legal review.
